I wait patiently for you
I close my eyes and think everything of you
Your word moves the very spirit of my soul
My body is the vessel for which you mold
My heart pours out the feelings that I feel
I am your servant to use at your will

My faith in you uplifts the spirit of my soul
Your love fills my heart to content
My hope carries me through
Your wisdom is the guide to my life

For you are the light that leads my path
You are the passion that lives in my soul
For you are the happiness that is brought to my life

You have blessed me with so many things
And you continue to bless me with the things to come
I am eternally in your debt
You are my maker, my father, my guide…

I will thank you for all of my life!

That is an awesome poem, Jaime. God is doing great things through you, just let Him keep working through you. I'm not much of a poem person as well, but I just let whatever comes to mind, I write it down.
